The Head Truthfighter in Charge

I wanted to do a spotlight on the "People's Attorney," Mr. Warren Ballentine. Warren hails from Chicago, IL and his focus has been helping people all around the world to help stop the injustices that are going on in this country and abroad. Over the past two years, Warren has been very focused on education and stimulating our minds through talk radio. He has coined the phrase, "I am a Truthfighter, down with the movement for justice," and people of all races have been singing his praise. I want to salute this outstanding man for what he has been doing within our community and how he is helping to bridge the gap between the older and younger generations. Thank you Warren for all you do!

Don Imus: Racial comment or not?

Once again, shock jock Don Imus is in the news again. This time Imus has drawn fire for a race comment. During an on-air conversation Monday about the arrests of suspended Dallas Cowboys cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones, Imus asked, "What color is he?" He was told by sports announcer Warner Wolf that Jones is "African-American," Imus responded: "There you go. Now we know." (via blackpoliticalthought.blogspot.com)

Do you believe that this was a racial comment or was Don Imus just stating the obvious stereotype that society has placed on black men? He came out and apologized 24 hours later??? Does he mean it? What do you think?????
